It serves two purposes: (1) to operate as an intermediary publishing service, and (2) to stand as an independent self-publishing platform. We mostly produce digital content, such as ebooks and magazines, though with enough crowd-funded support — and by utilizing print-on-demand services such as CreateSpace and IngramSpark — physical editions are still on the table, ensuring we're less constrained during the production process, and more flexible when it comes time to sell. Furthermore, we strive to offer the best possible work for the least upfront cost, with current research showing that authors who sell through our online store receive 40% more royalties than they would through other distributors.

Free editing services are provided for those who publish & sell through the IDYLLIBOOKS™ platform.
IDYLLIBOOKS™ could also be called an "open submission" publisher. This means that you don't need a literary agent to submit your work. We freely accept submissions over email. Consequently, if you're interested in publishing with us, know that the initial review process can take up to four weeks. We do our best to respond sooner, so please be patient. As a matter of first steps, review our submission guidelines prior to sending your work to submissions@idyllifox.com. Detailed information is provided through the link below. We also require a query letter alongside your manuscript, both of which should be in DOCX or PDF format.
